    Hey there!
    just confused. Whats the difference between gluten free products and sugar free? just i found some products gluten free and suga free on the shleves of our store and just wondered if i can sabstitute sweet cravings with that during candida diet.

    Gluten free doesn’t necessarily mean it’s okay to eat. It coul contain white rice flour, or some type of starch.
    Sugar free also just means it has no sugar, but it could have honey, fructose, or some other sweetener which is not okay on an anticandida diet.
    Maybe if you find some crackers made with brown rice flour that don’t contain any sweetener, you coud have that as a snack once in a while but I wouldn’t overdo it 😉
