Avoiding fruit and carbs it’s pretty hard for me, as my up to now diet contained odds of them. Now I have to eat huge amounts of food (mainly eggs, meat, vegetables, buckwheat, millet, almonds, pumpkin seeds) not to feel hungy, but even if i feel full I have craving for something sweet. Therefore I’m wondering if instead of let’s say 0,5 kg of vegetables I sometimes ate few chokeberries, would it really make a difference? The amount o carbs should be equal I guess?
The problem with most fruits is fructose, a sugar which is found in all fruits, usually in a fairly high amount. Sugar of course feeds the Candida which would mean you weren’t on a very good Candida diet.
However, I don’t know anything about chokeberries.
