I’d been reading that Flax seeds and Sea Buckthorn are good for killing candida overgrowth. I take a little Flax Seed (I lightly roast and grind myself) and I just got some Genesis Today Sea Buckthorn Juice to alternate with Carlson Cod Liver Oil for my Omega’s.

Anyone have any experience with these two in regard to Candida?

    Thanks.
