The theory is not as ridiculous as it may sound, and it actually makes sense. However, we’re speaking of “excessive” amounts of fat intake with everything meal and snack eaten in order to keep an excessive amount in the body at all times. This is the normal way of eating for most people, and I doubt very seriously that anyone on the forum is doing this, especially if they’re using the protocol and diet on the forum. The allowed foods list specifies certain ‘safe’ oils and not fats. Excessive red meat intake during each meal and other forms of fat is closer to the type of situation the article is speaking of.
