    Just wondering if anyone has tried this on the candida diet, or even heard of it? I have read a few things online and some people say not to eat it, other people say they have no problems with it, and some even say it’s beneficial in fighting candida.

    I’m not sure the exact science behind it, but it uses sprouted grains so it is considered flourless.

    There is a link to the type I have had before in the ingredients there is organic malted barley and fresh yeast which I’m sure are no-nos, but just wondering if anyone has tried this and experienced no symptoms.

    I would stick to the coconut flour/rice bran flour/and organic oat bran for bread.
