    We are growing edamame on the farm I’m working on and I would like to know whether I can eat some… it is a green bean therefore not starchy like dried beans, and so far I have not had any obvious reactions to it. But I would like to hear some other opinions before I consume too much! Thanks.

    I wouldn’t eat soy beans, if I were you. They have been shown to increase estrogen, which has been shown to increase the growth of Candida. If you do, however, choose to eat them, I would keep an eye out for Candida-related symptoms, and if possible eat only a little.
