Its hard on your liver and makes you feel like crap in the morning. Do you work? What time do you get home from work?
I personally take about an hour to cook each night and try to eat some time around 7-9. Any later and I will feel like crap.
I make one loaf of my bread per week and takes about 15 minutes plus baking time. I eat salads with dinner, so if you were to prepare the ingredients once a week and put it together, this can save time.
Try to eat before you do the other things you want to do.
