    It’s not on raster’s list, but I see it used in recipes on the forum. Is it OK? I used it to make mayo and hope I didn’t do something bad!

    I know dr. mcoombs recommended hot mustard because it causes you to sweat (which detoxes you)…I consume it when I cheat. The heinz type stuff I think contains regular vinegar so if you get a health brand it likely contains ACV instead.

    Oh its actually the powdered stuff. The “dry” mustard.

    It’s appaerntly the ground seed of a mustard plant. Sounds pretty ok, I’d think?
