I was running low on Swedish bitters and I found some
Digestive enzymes that I had bought about 6 months ago
When I previously tried the diet. I noticed on the label it has
Something called Bromelain in the ingredients. To the right of it
It shows (from pineapple). So naturally I got worried, since I took
About 8 of them the last couple of days.

When I loooked up Bromelain online, it says its from the stems of
Pineapples. Does anyone know if this is something we should be avoiding?
Does it have sugar in it? For now,ill just stop taking them until i’m sure. I think its too risky.

You should be fine taking bromelain, and it should do more good than harm as far as the Candida are concerned.

Have you tried dandelion tea or coffee? This is also a good substitute for Bitters.
