So I’m on the week cleanse of eating just veggies. I’m also nursing so I am still eating protein and the occasional grain (amaranth, quinoa, or millet). My question is that I noticed that I’m not digesting the raw salads at all. Is this something I need to be concerned about or is it normal and the digestion will get better. By not digesting I mean, excuse the graphics, but you can definitely tell what I had for lunch 🙂 Almonds do the same thing when I’ve tried them in the past. Will this go away as I heal?
