I recently began the candida diet for the second time and have been 100% committed for the past 6 weeks. While I’ve noticed slight improvements in my sleep I know I’m still a ways off from being completely back to normal.
In 3 days my girlfriend and I are going to Disney for about a week and dieting will be hard. I realize any cheating will result in a setback to my recovery but if I had to cheat what if anything can be done to reduce the affects as much as possible?
I’m currently taking nystatin only but have some great supplements to begin when I return from vacation. Is there something I can take that will at least counter anything bad I may consume?
