    hi,

i think i’m definitely getting die off related to antifungals and diet etc, and am controlling its severity as best i can.

however i can’t see any evidence of the die off when i go to the loo.

what am i supposed to be seeing?

    and does everyone see it?

    thanks,

    mark, uk

No, everyone does not see anything in their stool. If you were to do enema’s though, you likely would see something.

    thanks

but if we’re not seeing anything does that mean nothing is coming out and all the dead candida is staying inside us? or is it just not visible?

i sometimes get stools that are fluffy looking and disintegrate in water, with tiny spore-like things floating around, but i guess they could be anything?

also can you direct me to some comprehensive info on enemas, how to do, safety etc. i see lots of people saying they aren’t safe for some reason.

    thanks!
