Today i made a dessert with avocado that i saw when i traveled in Brasil. The recipe is really straightforward:
You take 1 avocado, cut it and put into the blender. Then you add rice milk which is little bit more sweet than soy milk or almond milk. Add stevia too inside and whisk all. You should obtain like a dense green mousse. Put it in refrigerator to let it more firm for 2 hours. After that you can put in a cup and add some cinnamon on top of it. It will give a nice taste. You can eat after dinner or lunch as you prefere. If you put in freezer it will looks like an ice cream.
