I have begun my cleanse, 5 hours in and I am finding it hard as I haven’t prepared properly – I’ve been away for the weekend so I did a quick shop last night.
I’m finding the drink ok to drink, I had a veggie omelette for breakfast, i’m about to have a green salad with Himalayan salt and extra virgin olive oil, after work I am going to make a smoothie as a snack and for dinner I will have the veggie soup.
I haven’t been taking any supplements prior to beginning, though I am going to purchase Milk Thistle and Vitamin C later today.
My post is really to ask – am I doing the detox correctly?
And can anyone give me more recipes for week 1? I have seen many that I can’t wait to try week 2 on-wards but not enough ideas for week 1.
Any help greatly appreciated

You were right when you stated that you were not prepared for the cleanse. My suggestion is to stop the cleanse until you are more prepared. Remember that you do not have to remain on a cleanse for longer than you are comfortable with because the length of time isn’t going to make a difference in the final outcome of your treatment.
