I have had these dark circles under my eyes for a few months now. Bad like down to my nose all most. looked it up and of course anima came up but I eat plenty of things with iron. I was wondering if anyone else was going threw this and why?December 3, 2013 at 2:14 am #113022
Alot of people call those allergy shiners, its usually just a sign of chronic inflammation. I would guess your eyes probably look a little bloodshot too.December 3, 2013 at 2:38 am #113023

Well the more I read I guess keep doing what I am doing. I have been on this diet for a lil over 4 months. thanks for the infoDecember 3, 2013 at 4:22 am #113028
Yep. If it refuses to go away(talking another few months) consider looking into other sources. A good place to start would be a food allergy test. If you could swing it, an mrt test is the best at uprooting problems of that nature. Once the cause is resolved, you should feel a whole lot better. Detoxing usually helps alot too.December 3, 2013 at 4:36 am #113029December 3, 2013 at 6:10 pm #113045

From my experience the dark circles are directly related to hydration, your liver and kidney health, and your sleep cycles.
