    I want to eliminate eggs forever cause I found out they upset my stomach. But I need calories. Today I ate 2 fresh mozzarellas and 2 greek yogurts. Is that really really really bad? I know dairy in general isn´t healthy but they don´t upset my stomach as much as eggs. Eggs are poison to me. I eat also toamtoes and cabbage, fruits. Is healthy to eat this way?
