Just made these simple treats tonight and they were straight amazing!

    -1 bunch Kale
    -coconut oil
    -coconut aminos

Wash Kale and tear into bite size pieces (remove large stems). Make a mixture of coconut oil and coconut aminos (I just eye balled the ratio). Toss and cover kale with your hands making sure its completely coated with mixture. Bake on pan at 300 degrees until crispy (About 20 minutes). Flip/mix kale midway through baking if desired.

Ooh I’ve never made them with coconut aminos…yum! I usually do olive oil/garlic powder/onion powder/salt/pepper/mustard powder or just curry powder.

“Coconut AMINOS” is a soy-sauce substitute made by the “sap” of the coconut tree.

    It is absolutely delicious.

Totally, Alex actually turned me on to it when we were talking about my sadness regarding Asian food these days, haha.

As soon as my coconut aminos gets here, this is the first thing I am making.
