Normally in the morning I have a smoothie with two bananas in it. I’ve cut it down to a half of a banana and 1/4c of blueberries, but I know I’m going to have to eventually cut it out completely.
So I’ve been thinking of ideas for what I can use instead. I would like input on if it would be suitable for the Candida Diet. And if it sounds good, haha.
Cranberry and Avocado Smoothie: -1/2 of an avocado(frozen for texture) -3/4c of cranberries -coconut milk as needed(the carton one not the canned) -diced fresh ginger root as preferred -1 scoop of Natera hemp protein powder
I normally add maca powder, matcha powder, raw cacao nibs, and tumeric juice to it.
