i am working on my possible candida issue manifested by lower back psoriasis and eliminating sugars, gluten and starch from my diet. Some of my fav recipe asks for soy sauce, and starch to make it tasty. I replaced soy sauce with tamari and now I am looking for a ways to substitute starch with something non-starchy stuff with similar effect of thickening. I am wondering what is available there? When I googled most substitute for cornstarch is some other starch. Thanks!
