    Able, I thought corn starch was harmful in the early stages. That is what is in the aluminum free baking powder.

    Any brand in particular for the oat bran?

    We don’t know of any that doesn’t contain starch, although there may be one, but it’s a small amount and hasn’t seemed to bother anyone so far. If you’d feel safer without it, you can just omit it from recipes.

    The amount of baking powder used in the coconut bread is so small that it isn’t worth worrying about; your body will be able to get above and beyond any of its effects.
