    Psyllium is awesome for getting things moving. Having said that, if your gut is very inflamed, you might want to try another form of soluble fiber like flaxseed.

    Olive oil apparently helps to relieve constipation – just drink a tablespoon each morning. And obviously you should make sure that you are staying really well hydrated!

    i’ve had this trouble, but now I seem to have overcome it, i’m not sure the exact cure, but I have just started taking 2tbsps of flaxseed each morning mixed with a bit of water – the only other thing I changed was eating 1 avocado instead of half.
    I’ve read that a tablespoon of olive oil can help too

    I’m having the same issue. How soon did you notice daily bowel movement after taking the flax seed?
