I don’t understand why its recommended to take antifungals and probiotics beginning stage 2. Why wait? I can’t find an answer anywhere.I just finished a 5 days fast, and my first instinct was to populate my gut with probiotics as I started eating again (strict diet of course). waiting seems counter-intuitive. Does anyone have an answers?
Okay, reading over things, I see its fine to take probiotics at any time of the diet. Still don’t get antifungals though.
