Hi, I’m new here and I don’t know where to begin. I have just been diagnosed with candida, I also have Endometriosis and Interstitial Cystitis. I have been suffering for about 5 years now and I am fed up.

How long are you supposed to do each stage for? I am confused with all the different probiotics, are you supposed to take all of them?

Any advice on this diet would be really helpful.

    Thanks

Here is all the information you will need to learn more about your yeast overgrowth

    here is the protocol

    http://www.thecandidadie…ins-Minerals-Herbs.aspx

    http://www.thecandidadie…815_Dieoff-Dangers.aspx

Read this very carefully all the info you need is there.

You should scrap the candizyme it doesn’t do anything beneficial for a yeast diet, and the enzymes could potentially benefit the yeast. You need a high quality probiotic like Mega Flora 14-20B, start eating raw sauerkraut, homemade kefir if you can manage(super simple to make) and S Boulardii. For Die Off take Molybdenum 250mcg 3X. On the protocol lists all the supplements and the dosages to take.

If I may ask how were you diagnosed?
And what are some of your main symptoms that concern you?
