I am unsure about the water itself, you can test it out if you want. I have a feeling it is alright. -raster March 22, 2012 at 11:11 am #76676 LaurenMember Topics: 44 Replies: 267There is coconut meat that I use. I have found Bob’s Red Mill Flaked Coconut unsweetened for coconut meat. There is only 1 gram of sugar for every 1/4 cup. Here is the website for it: http://www.bobsredmill.com/coconut-flakes.html I have never found Coconut water that does not have a lot of sugar. However there is coconut milk that has no sugar in it.
