Is it OK to drink Completely Naturam Coconut Water, and eat Coconut Meat from a Coconut directly cut from the tree? When on the diet.

Are there any limitations on Quantity?

The coconut meat is problematic because it contains over 25g of sugar per coconut. This should be eatn sparingly.

I am unsure about the water itself, you can test it out if you want. I have a feeling it is alright.

There is coconut meat that I use. I have found Bob’s Red Mill Flaked Coconut unsweetened for coconut meat. There is only 1 gram of sugar for every 1/4 cup.
Here is the website for it: http://www.bobsredmill.com/coconut-flakes.html

I have never found Coconut water that does not have a lot of sugar. However there is coconut milk that has no sugar in it. Here is the website: http://sodeliciousdairyfree.com/products/coconut-milk-beverages/sugar-free-original.
