Candida cleansing diet:
I have just read the details of the cleansing diet. I obviously need to cleanse my system from the overgrownth but the diet is too stringent for me. I have just recovered from my hysterectomy just in time to start work again. I will be starting work this week. I am a preschool teacher which requires high energy which is zero at the moment. How many days does the cleansing stage take and is there an alternative for cleansing with regard to my circumstances.January 7, 2012 at 9:36 am #70304
