I’d like to add GSE to my anti-fungal rotation, but it contains 300mg of Citrus Bioflavonoids per 100mg GSE, wanted to know if there was anything I should know?

a quick google search found a study (http://iadr.confex.com/iadr/2012tampa/webprogram/Paper155408.html) saying they are actually very effective against candida, but I wanted to make sure anyway.

Yes, bioflavanoids are very effective and have been using them for the majority of my treatment. I get vitamin C with bioflavanoids and there is a lot of good properties about flavanoids. One benefit is that they are anti-allergy, so they actually help heal your allergies. Dr. Mcoombs puts them in his products as well and has talked about their properties on some radio shows.

You can purchase them seperately as well.
