Ok im fairly new to the candida diet and from what I’ve read on this site I know that consuming anything with citric acid is a big no no! The current cleanser that im using for my face(castille based)contains natural citric acid in it. Will this have the same effects to your body as ingesting it? Thanks in advance

Hello, Eddy, welcome to the forum.

Anything that is applied to the skin is eventually absorbed into the body and therefore the bloodstream, so logical the answer to your questions is yes.
