    Hi guys,

I am trying to keep my chicken intake low at this stage but I my family has a large roast chicken a couple of times a week.
Is it ok if I use the bones to make a chicken stock for my soups?

    Many thanks

    Richard

This could be even better than eating the actual muscle meat! Bone broths are recommended by many (i.e. gaps) for healing the gut. Gelatin in the broth is a more easily digestible protein as well as being anti inflammatory.

    Oh, that’s great news!

I’m going to start saving bones in the freezer and make a big batch of stock over the next couple of weeks.

    Thanks again

Just make sure to select ice for your beverages and bones for your broth!

Be shocking to any guests if you got those mixed up…
