Is it ok if I use the bones to make a chicken stock for my soups? Many thanks Richard August 10, 2012 at 5:22 am #88567 LatkaMember Topics: 5 Replies: 128This could be even better than eating the actual muscle meat! Bone broths are recommended by many (i.e. gaps) for healing the gut. Gelatin in the broth is a more easily digestible protein as well as being anti inflammatory. I’m going to start saving bones in the freezer and make a big batch of stock over the next couple of weeks. Thanks again August 10, 2012 at 10:22 am #88577 flailingWcandiMember Topics: 13 Replies: 277Golfer4588 wrote: I’m going to start saving bones in the freezer Just make sure to select ice for your beverages and bones for your broth! Be shocking to any guests if you got those mixed up… August 10, 2012 at 11:23 am #88582 Golfer4588Member Topics: 26 Replies: 32Lol, sounds like you know me!Author Posts Viewing 5 posts - 1 through 5 (of 5 total)The topic ‘Chicken stock?’ is closed to new replies.
