I have heard contradicting information whether or not chicken sausage is okay. I bought these two chicken sausages

    Al Fresco jalapeno chicken sausage
    Ingredients-
    Skinless chicken meat
Roasted red peppers (red peppers, water, citric acid)
    water
contains or 2% less of sea salt, sugar, jalapeno peppers (jalapeno peppers, water, citric acid), onion powder, garlic powder, natural flavors, in a natural pork casing

    1 gram of sugar
    no perservatives
    no MSG
    gluten free

    Coleman italian chicken sausage
    Ingredients-
    chicken raised without antibiotics
contains less than 2% of the following:
    salt
spices (including fennel and red pepper)
    chicken broth
    parsley
    paprika
    extract of oregano
    in a natural pork casing

    0gram of sugar
    gluten free
    no nitrates
    no fillers
    no msg
    no antibiotics
    no added hormones
    no preservatives

I finished my detox earlier this week and on the anti-candida diet stage.

Please let me know if these are okay to eat!

    Thanks
    Gerry

    Looks tasty.

I would go for the sugar-less one at the bottom.

Yes sausages are allowed on the diet and I consume them regularly…I just try to get the highest quality possible.

Thanks Raster and Danny. I just wanted to make sure there was nothing alarming with the ingredients I listed. Thanks again!
