So I bought some water kefir grains last Thursday and have been making small batches since then, though now up to 1/2 gallon excess and have enough grains to make 6 cups at a time.

I’ve been using blond organic coconut sugar, for the base and the deepening on the batch using ginger, lemon, and sulfur free organic raisins.

I see that many people only drink a cup in the morning, though can you drink more than that? How much would be too much? I also have some innate 50-14 that I’ve been asked to take.

    Thanks,
    Scott<-

I drink 1 litre of milk kefir, and 1-2 cups of water kefir a day.
    All homemade.

    Hello, Clare.
I see no problem with that, but I’m interested in whether or not you’ve experienced any die-off symptoms with that amount.

    Thanks, Able

Regarding die-off. I would have to say no.
I get no brain fog and feel fine.

My die off sypmptoms ended about 1 week after I started my cleanse.

I do get a bit of bloating; but the bloating may or may not be linked to the kefir.
