    Hi All

I am a bit confused, I read in some posts that we can’t have vit B any kind while being on the forum protocol. I am 6 months on the protocol and don’t take any vit B. Should I start taking ?

    Many thanks.

You don’t need any vitamin B if you are drinking kefir which most people on the forum are drinking.

I remember reading that Able recommended Biotin (B7), as people with Candida have low levels of this.

Ah yes, I forgot about biotin; I don’t look at it as a bvitamin lol. But yes it is a b-vitamin recommended on the protocol and vitamin list.

    Hi All

Thanks very much for your replies.

I was trying to post my thank to all of you but I have experienced some problems with the forum all these days.

I don’t drink kefir Raster as I am lactose intolerant. After having ghee a month ago, I had very bad breaks out, I dont want to try dairy ever in my life.

As I understand that I can have vit b 12. What about vit b complex?
