Can I eat chicken skin. It has some extra fat and it tastes good. Of course my chicken is always organic. I usually eat drumlettes legs of thighs.

    Thanks!

I am sure its fine timmy…I haven’t heard it being a problem.

What I am wondering is it safe/alright to eat animal organs, like chicken liver, chicken feet, brains, hearts, hoofs, etc? I am not interested in eating these organs, but I am just wondering if its safe on the candida diet? People in other countries eat these organs…

    Hello, guys.

Raster, I ate chicken livers breaded in coconut flour during most of my diet, still do occasionally, it certainly didn’t stop my cure from happening.
    Never tried a foot. lol
