    How does this sound?

Gluten free, wheat free, dairy free oats (From Tesco)
    Hemp milk and Sunflower seeds

As far as i can see this should be fine. I was using oat milk but I think the sugar content was too high after I had them each morning and some times twice a day.

Really looking for advice on breakfast so please do respond!

    Thanks

    Matt

From my experience, the sunflower seeds can really set you back due to the mold content. I would aim for something else like hemp seeds or chia seeds or flax seeds, etc.

    Hi Raster,

My mistake I meant to put sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds not sunflower seeds.

What your stance on tomatoes? I had baby plum tomatoes on thursday and I think it reacted, however I am only on day 6 of using an anti fungal so could just be die off.

I dont want to cut foods out when its just that.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks

    Matt

Tomatoes are actually a fruit. In high quantities in can set you back but in low quantities it shouldn’t pose many problems. People can be allergic to just about anything including pumpkin seeds or tomatoes so it comes down to personal preference and allergies.
