    I’d like to start a list of Brand Names that people have found of the more unusual foods that have ingredients we can eat. It’s so hard to find stuff, and I figure if one person has gone to the trouble to scour the ingredient labels, then he/she can maybe share the find with the group.

    Here’s one I found today. I’m craving spaghetti sauce, and thought I wouldn’t find any suitable ingredients on the grocery store shelves, but I did! Not sure what I’m going to have it over (maybe millet or brown rice, or maybe there are some brown rice noodles out there that I just haven’t spotted yet). I live on the east coast in the US, and I found this at Shaw’s. I think this is ok to eat during Stage 1. I’m throwing some browned ground beef in.

    RASO’S Premium Quality Italian Pasta Sauce
    TOMATO & BASIL
    Ingredients: Tomatoes, onions, olive oil blend, garlic, basil, sea salt

    and here’s another flavor:
