Hi everyone. I’m new here and am looking for an effective holistic program to fight occasional thrush and candida symptoms. Has any one dealt with these people http://www.candida-yeast-infection-relief.com
    Any feedback would be appreciated.

Well the first thing that looks off to me, is they recommend the spit test. Here is why spit test should not be used for diagnosis:

They mention a bunch of typical products people use but it looks like they are mostly specialized supplements that they sell on their website only. It isn’t all that different from the mccoombs plan or some of the other major anti-candida treatments I see online. Also worth noting, the stuff the recommend is very expensive in general if you add it all up…its worth going to a a naturopath who can find you better products and specific ones for your needs.

One thing worth mentioning is that everyone has their own version of candida so there isn’t a one size fits all plan to get better, so that’s the main negative about their website. You could buy all of these products and they might not be addressing your specific problems.
