    Yea, natural but sugar no less, if your dealing with candida, Id still stay lightyears away from it.

    Thank you both for your answer. Yes I have candida and it’s all very new to me. Just looking for something sweet and something different to drink besides water.

    lemon water…that is it. You will get used to it. Now I look forward to waking up and having my fresh squeezed lemon water.

    When you start your probiotic stage you can make kefir. Milk kefir can be mixed with stevia for a nice sweet shake or you can make water kefir. Both drinks will be nice additions to your diet and healthy.

    WTF man I am so sad now :(. I just bought a bottle of raw agave nectar from whole foods 🙁
