Just wanted to see what people’s thoughts were on effectiveness of the following –

1) Chlorella (for toxin absorption)
2) Anti-fungals
3) Probiotics

– with meals (full stomach) or between meals??

Thus far I have been taking all on empty stomachs, the packaging of each tells me –> the probiotics recommends between meals, the chlorella recommends with meals and the anti-fungals is quiet on the matter. I am currently following the recommendation of the Linda Allen book “Yeast Infection No More”,

Thoughts?

NoN

They say on here, take probiotics on empty stomach, & antifungals with meals. I would take chlorella with meals too.
