Most anti-biofilm supplements can negatively affect the good guys. There are differences between candida and bacterial biofilms, but they share similarities too. You shouldn’t habitually take these things, but use them for about one month or so as part of a protocol to wipe the slate clean. You need to be prepared to help the good guys rebuild biofilms and stifle out the bad guys. Did you check out the biofilm thread I linked to in your other thread?
