Ok let me confirm if I got this right:
Vit A 10,000 units a day with Vit D 400 units a day GEL CAPS
Vit D3 2000-10,000 units per day GEL CAP
Biotin 6000 mcg per day TAB
MSM probably 1000mg CAP(optional, but not necessary)
Vit C 1000mg 3 times a day TAB
Calcium 1000mg Mag 400mg Zinc 25mg TAB or CAP (all in one pill)
Is this the ENTIRE COMPLETE list of vitamins I should take? Nothing more nothing less???
What brand should I take for each one? A lot of these vitamins have fillers that I might not be aware about that cause short or long term harm eg, Methlycollose, steric acid, soy….ETC (I am not even sure what is good/bad) If I could just find out the exact brand that would help.
