As far as the exercise comment; I did not mean strenuous exercise, but just what you can handle (walks are a perfect way to get exercise). If you wear yourself down too much, it won’t really help.
On a side note: Plenty rest is definitely the best thing you need to fight candida. You may need as much as 8-9 hours to heal properly on the diet. Don’t short change your sleep! This will go a long ways to get your body more daily energy.
