There are a few problems with your probiotic. First off, it contains only 2 billion cfu probiotic per capsule. Ideally, you need 30-90 billion cfu probiotic per day to get better.
It also only contains 4 strains of bacteria, and we recommend taking one that has more strains (megaflora contains 14 strains).
Renew life is a widely available brand in the US and is a good general standard to go by. I believe it is likely available in the UK.
What we recommend is a probiotic that contains either DDS-1 (mentioned in the earlier post) or HMF (human micro flora).
If you want to save money, you can make homemade kefir, coconut water kefir, etc. This basically involves mixing sugar and water or milk together and letting it ferment. The bacteria grows and you drink the kefir after draining, and then you grow some more. Kefir contains many more strains than what is found in any probiotic.
Probiotics are the single most important thing you need to get better.
