Of course Jorge hasn’t proven his statements to himself yet, nor has anyone else on the forum, especially if eating ‘what you want’ means going back to the same lifestyle, the very same diet and possibly antibiotics which caused the infection in the first place.
The fact is, once you have cured yourself of a Candida albicans overgrowth you do not suddenly become immune to another infestation, and it’s always going to be possible to contract another overgrowth if the same circumstances which caused the first overgrowth are allowed to reoccur.
Once you’ve had a Candida albicans overgrowth, you will from that point on remain susceptible to obtaining another overgrowth. I’ll continue to believe that until someone has proven otherwise.
My answer to your questions is: it’s up to an individual to decide what ‘normal’ is for him or her.
