Raster!! That is the best explanation I’ve heard yet!! Thanks so much. I’ve been wondering about the burning feeling. I get it in my head, arms and knees for the most part. My problem is I have it all the time. I’ve dropped items in this diet rather than testing new ones and still it remains… I didn’t think I had leaky gut. I don’t have a terrible time with bowels other than the severe constipation in the beginning. I think I have to try dropping oat bran and maybe even coconut flour or oil? I’m at a kiss as to how to figure this out via a week of dropping something enough to know? Any other suggestions or recommendations Raster?
