These are very normal and typical die off symptoms. Expect to feel this way one to two weeks. If you want to reduce the symptoms; try a sauna, steam room, or even hot bath! Sweating out the toxins via the skin is one of the most effective ways to deal with die-off symptoms.

Drink plenty of water; 90-120oz a day if possible.
