Hi guys – I’ve decided to through some vitamins into the mix as well now to help with my recovery.
These are the vitamins I am going to buy (I know they are from the same shop, but they are a very good shop, they are located right by me)

Now I’m not too concerned about brand names, but I wanted to confirm what each pill needed to avoid having in them – this is where I need help.
Avoid: Dextrin, maltodextrin, Hemicellulase, Cellulase, Amylase, Soy, Wheat, Gluten
Any more I need to avoid?
Any advise if some of this contain a small amount of anything above?
