I’ve currently stopped taking anti-fungals, and have started taking s. boulardii caps. I currently take two caps after breakfast/before lunch and another two after lunch/before dinner for a total of 20 billion CFU’s. I’m still taking a probiotic cap in the morning and evening. Looking to see whether this will help at all. After I’ve finished the boulardii caps, I’ll go back to taking the anti-fungals again.
