I found SF722 by thorne research on iHerb. What time of day, and how many should I take on a daily basis?
The yoghurt I eat is plain and natural, and as far as I’m aware (and can taste) contains no sugar. I’ve been eating this for some time now and haven’t experienced any problems. In fact, I add a little stevia to it to give it some taste/sweeten it.
