Well I do feel much better than when I was consuming a regular diet and suffering from nausea, extreme indigestion, dizziness, itchy rash, constipation etc, though I still feel there is much work to be done to really kill off the infestation. I do occasionally pine for a slice of pizza or a plate of pasta but not as much as when I first started out, and I’ve become mentally strong in accepting that I need to do this in order to make myself better.
Well, I’ll continue for the foreseeable future with the antifungals, and will make sure to keep taking the probiotics on a daily basis. I still have some die-off, and am not out of the woods yet, but I am starting to feel better. Thanks for your feedback and all the info you’ve posted on this site. It’s a shame your allowed foods list is no longer there. What happened? Would you be able to send it to me in a private message?
