I believe the problem also lies in not chewing your food enough properly. I noticed that I have these undigested stools more often when I eat quickly the day before. Also, cheating can cause these stools as well…such as having salad dressing or even a green apple.
If you chew your food 30+ times per bite, this will happen less often because it is more easily digested by the body. Eating certain foods can cause better or worse digestion as well.

Unfortunately this will be something that you will likely deal with throughout your treatment; I still get stools like these 1 year on the diet.
