I have only had symptoms consisting of V. yeast infections and fatigue. What types pf reactions do you have to food if it’s feeding the yeast?
For me, one of the symptoms was stuffy nose, cough, dry skin, diarrhea etc. Some food items give me reaction in terms of diarrhea or I just feel anal burn or itch which tells me I ate something I shouldn’t have so the last item I added is out then. Some other food items do not give me a direct reaction but I do notice some of the above mentioned symptoms return. For example. I am trying to introduce Greek yoghurt, and in terms of GI reactions there is none, there is no elevated heartbeat etc. But in few days I noticed my nose was stuff again, my skin was dry etc. but I was not under die-off at that point. I stopped eating Greek yoghurt for few weeks. I am trying it again and so far so good, but this morning my nose was a bit stuffy. I am waiting to see how it goes from this point forward. If the dry skin returns as well, I am not waiting for the rest of the symptoms to come back.
For you, as it’s less symptoms it might be harder to tell. But if your fatigue is lifted and it gets worse after eating certain food, then this is your indicator. Also, if you introduced new food item and your v. discharge increases that would be the first sign that you introduced something you should not have.
Not sure if this helps. I was confused about these for a while. Still sometimes I am not sure but try to make a logical conclusion. As I am avoiding die-off, sometimes I don’t even care if it’s die-off or food reaction, the culprit is out until I can handle it later 🙂
